The Kickin Grass Band is proud to release their eponymous CD with Raleigh label/management collaborative, Superfan Records.

The music on the band’s third and to-date most innovative recording speaks to the depth and breadth of the human condition. The songs evolved from the ground up, are personal, and draw upon experiences from band members’ lives both on and off the road. “I’m very excited about this CD,” says Lynda, “We allowed each song to have its own identity, instead of trying to fit everything into a preconceived concept of what a bluegrass recording should be.”

The album, simply titled The Kickin Grass Band, displays all the chops, all the emotion, and all the effusive energy of the band’s live show. You fall in love with the rootsy, Americana style, and can't wait for more.
